International shipping FCL operation procedure

1. 2, quotation: according to the specific shipping requirements of the customer: including goods characteristics, port of destination, shipping date requirements, delivery conditions, and other special requirements, make a preliminary quotation to the customer; The quotation sheet includes: sea freight + surcharge + dock fee + customs clearance fee + document towing fee (+ other agency fees); The quotation sheet also needs to provide the approximate shipping date information; Remember never to guarantee the shipping date to the customer;

3. Receipt of entrustment letter: the client shall fill in specific information according to the "entrustment letter", which is complete and clear.

4. Booking space and trailer: strict requirements and pay close attention to the timeliness of the trailer company;

5. Container pick-up and container loading: the complete set of customs declaration documents should be complete. The customer should affix the official seal of the company in the relevant documents with specific requirements

6. Customs declaration and release: submit a full set of documents to the customs, examine the goods and documents according to the customs declaration materials, conduct spot check or self-check by the freight forwarder (the consequence shall be borne by the forwarder), collect tax according to the type of goods, and fill in the verification sheet so that the owner can refund the tax after the goods are exported. If unqualified, return the form and review again.

7. Handover with the shipowner and shipping agent: after the customs release slip is handed in, ask the shipowner (agent) for the name and voyage information of the heading vessel for preparing the bill of lading; Check the information of the original bill of lading with the owner (agent), pay the freight to the owner (agent) and get the owner's bill of lading (MB/L); Check the bill of lading materials with the shipowner (agent), pay the freight to the shipowner (agent) and arrange telex release procedures;
